Ordering 


We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and electronic check via PayPal. New Jersey residents are charged 7.00% sales tax. If billing and shipping address differs, we may ask to contact your credit-card company. We ship with eco-packaging (minimal packaging with recycled materials). We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

 

Modifying Your Order


 

Last minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. You may determine whether or not an order has been shipped by checking Order Tracking.  For additional questions, changes, or cancellations please contact Customer Service.  Phone: 1-877-440-Pink

Pinkerton'sShoppe orders are filled as promptly as possible. We ship most Merchandise to arrive within 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. There is often a delay between the time you place your order and the time it actually ships. Most Merchandise leave our warehouse 24 to 48 hours after order is placed regardless of your chosen shipping method. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to an address outside the United States. 

Return to Sender Policy 

Pinkerton’s Shoppe ships all orders via UPS and USPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt UPS will attempt to deliver your package two more times, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for deliveries over $500 dollars. After a third failed attempt UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender. 

 If package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via e-mail or phone. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific instructions and shipping will be billed to you again. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may choose to have your purchase(s) refunded shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we do not receive a response from you, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.

  

Returns & exchanges


Returns or exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 days of receipt of purchase (Please see instructions below)

All FINAL SALES purchased are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchanges on Final Sale merchandise will not be accepted, No exceptions.

 

Returns


All items must include a tag, original packaging, free of stains, pet hair, and in sellable condition. To receive a full refund on your item, they must be returned to Pinkerton’s Shoppe within 14 days of receiving the product, no exceptions.  The card used for your original order will be credited within 24 hours minus shipping fees, if any.

 

Exchanges


For exchanges you could email the same address to process the exchange. It can be easier to make a return and reorder the product as a new order. When sending merchandise back, please insure your package and keep the tracking number.
